Not my actual graduation photo. This is trash (like literally since the toga's made out of trash bag. Lol)
This photo was taken during our departmental meeting, where we set up a photo booth in line with the Graduation March theme. I look soooo different from my actual graduation photo, but recreating it was so much fun, especially when you get the chance to wear made-up medals.
I was wearing a Magna Cum Laude medal here. Hehe.
Coincidentally, the other day I was browsing through my old posts via Timehop and saw my Baccalaureate Mass and graduation photos from six years ago. Imagine the nostalgia.
Atop the Main Building, a few hours before the Baccalaureate Mass.
On the way to the Arch.
More than just finishing a degree, I believe my college life instilled something greater to my identity, like learning how to work hard to get compensation through my scholarship, juggling responsibilities, and keeping a steady group of friends you can rely on.
Thankful that I still have all of these things until now—especially my friends. (Hi, amigas!)
Getting my diploma on stage.
There are plenty of things that happened six years since, but there are also some that remained.
Actual grad photo.
And if I had the chance to turn it another way around, I'd probably not. All the struggles and pain were worth it anyway.
Six years since but I'm still that girl striving to achieve her dreams in life.
You never graduate in that aspect, anyway. Right?
